We craft our chocolate and horchata goods with love, care, and tradition. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

While we do our best to display product colors and details accurately, actual product appearances may vary due to natural ingredients, screen settings, or photography.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed securely through our website. We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as any other payment options listed at checkout. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer shipping options and local pickup at checkout. While we do our best to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Perishable items are shipped with care, but we cannot guarantee condition once they have left our facility, especially during extreme weather conditions. Please read our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cocoandre.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
